About Me

As the founder of Feel Good Works, my passion lies in helping organisations of all sizes create healthier, more human workplace cultures.  I have been working in mental health and workplace wellbeing for over 20 years and I decided to start my own consultancy in 2024.

 

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to workplace wellbeing strategies in a wide range of environments, including projects and programmes involving well-known organisations such as Philips, Mars, SMBC, DHL Express, and Dragados.

Recognising that employee mental health and wellbeing can often be neglected, we are dedicated to offering top-tier consultancy, advice and guidance to ensure a supportive and safe environment for all. Our primary aim is to assist businesses in cultivating a culture of support and understanding, where everyone feels appreciated and valued.  

We provide a bespoke range of services, designed to meet the unique needs of each business, guaranteeing the finest advice and assistance.  We excel in risk assessment, strategy & road-mapping, policy formation and specialised training workshops.
